Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021, at Proctor’s Mortuary 3520 Washington Blvd Beaumont, TX. Visitation will begin at 11AM until Funeral at 12Noon. Interment will be in Kirby Cemetery Silsbee, TX.

Sammie leaves to cherish his memories his mother: Helen Jones, sisters: Deborah Matlock and Emma Hill (Phil) of Silsbee, TX, Estella Perkins of Beaumont, TX. Daughters: Akisha Lakes of Katy, TX; sons: Chris Richardson of Beaumont, TX and Kielon Archer of Lewisville, TX. Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
