Rose Lee Jubert-Miller

May 19, 1938 – August 23, 2021

Rose Lee Jubert was born to the late Joseph and Edna Jubert  in Nome , Texas on 
May 19, 1938 on August 23, 2021 the Angel of the lord gently called his servant to enter the joys of the heavenly Kingdom in eternal peace .
    Rose attended the public school system of China , Texas and later went to Cosmetology school to pursue  a career as a Beautician .  She resided in Port Arthur , Tx before moving to Beaumont , Tx. Rose enjoyed cooking and it gave her great joy  to cook and bake for her family and friends . Everyone loved her cooking . Rose retired from styling hair , and worked at several Hotels ,and Country Clubs as a lead cook and Caterer. Rose’s famous moto was “I came here looking and I’ll leave her looking  that was her attitude towards any job that she felt didn’t appreciate her . She later found her calling working at Cathedral in the Pines Christian School as a cook and enjoyed it until retirement . Even after retiring she later volunteered at Beaumont ISD as a Foster Grandparent and that position gave her great joy . Rose was a faithful servant of Oak Grove Baptist Church under the direction and leadership of Pastor Kenneth Bean Sr. even with her declining health she still remained active and connected to her church family . Rose was preceded in death by her Parents , Brother Joseph Jubert. Sisters Lessie Thomas , Melia Hall , Mary Lee , Joyce Guillory , Cleva James Thornton , Grandson Derrick Cane . She leaves to cherish her precious memories (Children) Bruce Jubert (Theresa) Elnora Jubert , Melinda Davis (Chris) Ida Miller , Ira Miller (Priscilla) Andre Love . ( (Grand children) Angel Bates , Shepherd Batiste , Walter Bates , Marcquetta Guillory( Terrance) LeAundre Barabin (Gabby) Arielle Miller , Christian  Cane , Taylor Hawkins , Herbert Cane , Ira Miller III , Dezmond Miller . ten great grandchildren . Siblings Jo Ann  Ardoin , Velma Murphy , Clarence Jubert(Gloria) Virgie Nash . along with a host of nieces , nephews , cousins and other relatives and lifelong friends .
