Rogers is survived by his wife: Elizabeth Bellard, children: Rogers Bellard III (Angela), Joseph Elliot Bellard (Priscilla), Quen Wrighting (Wayne) and Darin White Jr. Grandchildren: Emarri, Errijah, & Zoriah, Derrick, Alexis, Aaron, Carley, Drake, Shamarra, & Alexandria. Marlaya, Joshua, Kalle & Rogers IV. Sisters: Marion Faye Joubert, Mega Bellard, Orelia Bellard, brothers: Michael Bellard & Kojack Bellard.
