Pierre, was born in Dallas, TX; on October 12, 1984, to Rhoda Davis and Craig Smith. Pierre was a very caring and charitable man, who showed love and compassion to everyone he met. He had a smile that could brighten anyone’s day.

Pierre graduated from Ozen High School in 2003. He joined the Navy in 2003 and served his country until 2009. From 2010 until 2017 Pierre worked as an Operations Manager for the Youth Young Adult Fellowship Alliance, a non-profit after-school program for at risk youth. He was dedicated to the cause and beloved by his co-workers and all of the youth with whom he came into contact. Pierre had recently obtained employment as a Supervisor at his local Walmart Supercenter. Though there only a short period of time, he made huge impact upon his co-workers, who were deeply saddened at his passing.

Pierre was a friendly and generous person with a remarkable moral code. He believed strongly in God and family. He was a very outgoing, and enjoyed spending time with family, playing basketball, video games, and listening to and writing music.

Pierre met Dinora Taylor in 2012. Their love flourished, and shortly thereafter, he asked for her hand in marriage. She agreed, and together, they reared her four children, whom he loved and nurtured as passionately as if they were his own. Pierre exceeded all expectations, and became an amazing partner, father, and provider. Pierre was a beautiful light in the world, whom God decided to bring home while he was shining at his brightest. May all who loved him honor his memory, by allowing your light to shine as well. We thank God for the 35 years he gave us with this special man.
