Through Gods infinite and tender mercy, a special blessing was bestored upon the union of Moses Lumpkin and Nelle Swayzer in May 28, 1963 in Extension, Louisiana (by way of Midwife), a son Moses Dudley Saulsberry was born. Moses grew up in Houston, Texas (Clinton View, Clinton Park and Fidelity) where he attended Galena Park School District.
Moses loved helping those he loved if he could and being there for others. He loved to box, tell jokes, and would cook anything that’s not human.
He was baptized at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church under Rev. Durden at a early age. He rededicated his life to God by being Baptized in 2011 by Pastor Slaughter at The Lord’s Way MBC.

Moses is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, sister and other close relatives.
Moses is survived by his Son: Demarques Saulberry; Sons Mother: Rose Davis; Siblings: Anna Tolliver, Teresa Saulsberry, Molinda Saulsberry, Brandi Lumpkin, Clara Mae Lumpkin, Jonathon Odom, Timmie Lee Saulsberry, Terry Lee Limpkin, Larry Saulsberry, Leroy Lumpkin and a host of Aunt, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and friends.
