Karl Gordon was born on May 11, 1958 in Beaumont, Texas to Vernon Gordon and Vesther Ford-Celestine.

After receiving his education in Beaumont, Texas he worked various jobs to take care of his family, until going into the field of construction with his uncle Ed.

He is preceded in death by his mother Vesther Ford-Celestine and his brother Vernon Gordon Jr.

Karl leaves to cherish his memories with his wife Cynthia Gordon, his 2 daughters Lakeysha Keller and Toshiba Washington (Shannon). His father Vernon Gordon(Marie), his brothers Alton Buxton Sr. and Melvin Gordon, his sister Olevia Landry(Shane). His step siblings Adam August, Alonzo August and Yolanda August. His 8 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and family that love and will miss him dearly.
