Johnnie Mae Jefferson, 64, of Beaumont, Texas entered eternal peace on February 19, 2021. Johnnie was born in Jemar, Alabama on September 6, 1956 to the late Rosie Jefferson Collins and Herman Robinson. Moved to Huntsville, Alabama when she was 13 years old. She was the second of eight children. At age 12, Johnnie was baptized. She loved the Lord, singing, making everyone laugh. She would give you her last if she thought you would do right by it. She was the kind of sister, mother, aunt, cousin, grandmother that you could talk to and put you in your place when needed.
Johnnie worked for several years at the Roadrunner Inn, Howard Johnson, Piccadilly and Johnnie loved spending time with her grandchildren, listening to Joyce Meyer, watching Perry Mason and her bible study.
She leaves behind her siblings: Rosetta, Joyce (Sam), Shirley, Linda, Ralph, Betty and Cynthia. Her legacy left to cherish her memories are her children: Angela Stone (Otis), Cindy Williams (Christopher Sr), and Shaun Jefferson (Natasha), grandchildren: Rayven, Destiny (Derek), Kristopher (Krista), Dynasty (Ryan), Jordan, Jazmine, Xavier Sr, Shaun Jr, Christopher Jr., and great grandchildren: Ryan, Kloey, Arielle, Azaria, Xavier Jr., Kobie, Eli, Hunter, Channing, Adrian, Maddox, and Zephaniah, also a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
