A Public Viewing will be held from 4PM- 8PM, Friday, July 24, 2020 at Proctor’s Mortuary 2221 Hwy 90 Liberty, TX.

Funeral will be private.

Felton Jr; was born October 11, 1963 to Felton Cormier Sr. and Ella Mae Cormier of Ames, TX. He grew up a devout catholic and remained a faithful member of Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church of Ames, TX until his death.

Felton was a lifelong resident of Liberty County. He graduated from Liberty High School in 1982. He loved sports and played football, baseball and ran track during his time at Liberty High School. He worked several years as an Operator at Brown & Root Industrial. He also worked many years as an Inspector at Tubal Scope Oil Company. After retiring he enjoyed spending time with family and friends playing dominoes. He was an avid Washington Redskins fan and enjoyed watching football games.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Ella Mae Cormier.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father Felton J Cormier Sr. of Ames, TX; his wife of 28 years Connie Sue Cormier of Ames, TX; two sons: Travis Terrell (Jameshia) and Joseph Cormier both of Baytown, TX; two daughters: Natile Cormier and Sydney Cormier both of Ames, TX; two granddaughters: Cerenity Cormier of Raywood, TX and Anika Semien of Louisiana; one great granddaughter: Natalie Shuffer of Louisiana and two godchildren. As well as a host of aunts, uncles, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
