Diane Denise Smith-Weathersby

Diane Denise “Neicy” Smith (Weathersby) was born to the late Celeste and Freddie Weathersby on July 17, 1954 in Tomball TX. She was a native of Houston TX. She attended MC Williams High School in Houston TX. Diane accepted christ at an early age. And continued to serve even when moving to Port Arthur TX. Where she resided, Diane was a long termed employee for Chervon for many years.
Diane was called home to be with the lord on February 17,2021 at Memorial Hermann ThE Woodllands Hospital.

Diane was preceded in death by her husbands Otis McGartha and Lenward Smith,her daughter DeeAndrea Weathersby, and her parents Celeste and Freddie Weathersby.
Diane leaves to cherish her memory to her son Terence McGartha (Asia); her grandchildren, JaQuail Miller (Breina), Jhakia and Jhakala Weathersby, Tra’Veon, Terius, Thailan, Terence Jr McGartha , QuinDavian Alpough ; her sisters Barbara, Sabie (David), Kathryn, JoANN, Freddie, and Sheila; her brother Kevin (Tyesha); great grandchildren JaKaiden, JaQuail Jr, JaLeiha, Rodrick; her nieces and nephews Kelsey (Vanessa), Marcus, LaDonna, Bryan, Shana, Porsha, Zachery, Fredrick III (Clarissa), Yolanda (Johnny), Celestine, Kinikia, and Taylor; A host of extended family and friends, cousin,god brother and god sister.
