Devin was Educated in BISD and was a graduate of Central High School. His hobbies were Music, Playing the Drums, Spending time with Family

Preceded in death by grandfather: Melvin Jenkins II.

Survivors are Father: Melvin Jenkins III and Mother: Jessie Marcelle Davis, Stepfather: Gregory Allen Davis, Sr. Siblings: Jeremy Jenkins, Sr., Deaion Jenkins, Whitney McCully, Greg A. Davis, Jr., Brian K. Davis, and Tiffany S. Davis. Grandparents: Flora Ma Jenkins, Jesse Williams, Cecelia L. Williams as well as a host of Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Friends
