Services are Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021 at Proctor’s Mortuary 3522 Washington Blvd Beaumont, TX. Visitation will begin at 11AM until Funeral at 12Noon. Interment will be in Green Lawn II Cemetery Beaumont, TX
Richard Lee was born on July 17, 1963 in Beaumont, TX to the late Irma Mae and Arthur Charles.
Richard was the 9th of nine children and he attended BCP Public School. He then started working for the BPM Club. Richard Charles was the fun loving, joking character of the bunch of the family. He also was a person with a kind heart of gold. He would help you in anyway he could.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents: Irma Mae and Arthur Charles. Siblings:, Ronald Lovett, Arthur Lovett, Kenneth Charles, Sisters, Delores Lovett, Silva Charles.
